Talk to me about organic meat

I am particularly interested in hearing from those of you that buy directly from a farm and freeze it. I have been toying with the idea of doing this, but have no experience with it and don't know anyone IRL who does this.

Where do you buy? Do you go there in person, or do you have it shipped?

How large of a freezer do you have? What quantity do you buy and freeze?

Any websites or farms you can refer me to?
