I do. I believe most can stay in for up to eight hours.

I do if my period is very heavy I'll wear both a tampon & a pad to sleep... when that happens I usually get up in the middle of the night to change it anyway.
Otherwise I'll just wear a pad to sleep.
I don't worry about sleeping with a tampon in though.

I do, but only if I know for sure that I won't be asleep for more than 7-8 hours absolute max.

I never do... My period is light anway, but even if it was heavy, I still wouldn't. Ever since I heard a story from a friend aboiut someone she knew getting Toxic Shock Syndrome, I don't even wear them during the day anymore. I know this is extreme, but thankfully, my period is light so it hasn't been an issue.

always do - and the first two days with an overnight pad. If I didn't I wouldn't be able to sleep.

Someone I used to work with got very sick and eventually passed away from complications associated with TSS. I'm sticking to pads from now on--that just hit wayyyyyy too close to home.

I heard you shouldnt were a super for more than 4 hours or you are at risk for toxic shock syndrome, so I always wear a pad at night
