Tankless Water Heaters
Does anyone have one of these and have any recommendations or information? We've been having issues with our water heater, so we are thinking of switching.
TIA!

Re: Tankless Water Heaters
My DH researched these, they didn't have good reviews. He decided to put in a new electric water heater instead. (We didn't have a water heater at all, our water was being heated by the boiler all the time).

We have an electric one now, and we're having so many problems with it. We can't even get 2 semi-warm showers out of it recently...I have a feeling that it's because of the electrical wiring, not the heater, but it's just so frustrating!
Thanks!!

How old is it? When DH put ours in, it has a long warranty on it. Yours might be broken somehow? IDK.

The house was just built in 2006, so I don't think it's that old (we moved in in 2008) but who knows. I think it's just a piece of cr@p!

I would find out if you have warranty papers for it. I think ours is a 20 year warranty. It's worth a shot!

Re: Tankless Water Heaters
My parents have a tank less water heater. My Dad was SOOO excited about it and told anyone he could about how great the technology is etc. Well now...2+ years later he tries not to even think about it. They've had SO many problem with it heating enough water, etc. I do think they finally got it working correctly but it was a major PIA!

Re: Tankless Water Heaters
you may want to look into indirect water heating
