Tara (TaraGotHutched) Update (RILEY PAIGE IS HERE!!! - NOW WITH PIC AND INFO)
Hi Guys,
Just heard from Tara. She is at the hospital and the doctor just broke her waters. They are starting her on Pitocin now. She's about 4cm dilated and she's having only mild contractions at the moment. Hopefully little Riley will be making an appearance sometime today. I will keep you posted as I get updates from Tara and/or Brett.
C'mon baby Riley!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE #2 - (5:30pm) Tara said she is responding well to the Pitocin and she just had her epidural. She's comfortable and hopefully will be checked soon to see if she's progressing.

UPDATE #3 - (5:40pm) Tara just texted again. She's only 4-4.5cm dilated BUT she is now 80% effaced so there is progress! My guess is it will probably will be a few hours until Riley shows up though but as soon as I hear any more news I will update everyone.

UPDATE #4 - (7:10pm) Tara texted me around 6:45 and in an HOUR she went from 4cm to fully dilated!!!  She's shivering which is a good sign.........her body is getting ready to get her little  out. The next update should be that Riley is here!!!

UPDATE #5 - (9:15pm) Just heard from Tara again. Said she started pushing at 8:30 but it's slow going right now. Hopefully Riley will be here sooner than later. I'll keep everyone posted. I am hoping the next update is the baby is here.

UPDATE #6 - (11:11pm) RILEY PAIGE IS HERE!!!!!!! She was born at 10:55pm. No other details yet but when Tara texts me any other info I will be sure to pass it along.
CONGRATULATIONS TARA!!!!!! I am SO happy for you and Brett and I absolutely CANNOT wait to meet your new daughter!! Emerson is excited to meet her new buddy!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!

8am - Wed. 7/1 - Tara is doing GREAT and the baby is wonderful as well. Riley Paige was born on June 30th at 10:50pm. She is 21" long and 7lbs 9oz. Here is a pic but it's from my cell so not great quality. In any case, I am sure Tara will post more pics and her birth story once she is home and settled.
CONGRATS AGAIN TARA!!!! YAY!!!!
