Two married real estate agents/house flippers with a reality show
This is how every episode goes
Tarek "hey I found a house in Yorba Linda. It's a 500k site unseen but comps have sold for 750"
Christina "that's a high asking price" as she flashes her arm dripping in diamonds and perfect manicure and fake lashes
Tarek "ok I bought it. We can probably put $20 into it and sell it"
Enter izzy the contractor "no tarek this is gonna be 180 grand provided we don't find any other problems"
Tarek "oh man"
Christina :eye roll:
Izzy "we found mold."
Tarek"sigh. Ok fix it"
Christina "it needs a pool. And an outside kitchen. And new pavers. And an outdoor claw foot tub"
Tarek " well I hate to say it but if you want top dollar in this neighborhood you gotta do it"
House sells for 750. They show you what the profit is. They never tell you about real estate fees attorney fees and other expenses
Credits roll.

Add to this Tarek wearing a white tshirt and a sweater vest doing little to no work on the house. And Christina calling the babysitter every 5 minutes.

I forgot how he always wants to keep the old roof cuz it's not in the budget to replace it. Yeah. Let's List a completely redone house with this POS roof

This thread is too funny. I've watched so many episodes where she was so insistent on some tile she had picked and I always stop and wonder if this is the one episode that is about their own house. Like, why is she so attached to something so specific for a flip? Oh, right, it's TV. I don't believe much about reality TV so I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but she is very whiney on the show.

This thread is too funny. I've watched so many episodes where she was so insistent on some tile she had picked and I always stop and wonder if this is the one episode that is about their own house. Just need to add how "OBSESSED" Christina is and how the buyers will be over every little design detail she chooses. She uses the word "obssessed" at least 15x/episode.
