Tattoo removal

I would really like to have one removed and would love hear some 1st hand experience from anyone who has had it done.
Before and after pictures would be awesome!
Also, how does the skin tan in the area after it's been removed.

TIA

I am having one removed. I have had 5 sessions in so far. I was going to a ‘spa’ type place. I was not pleased with the results so far. I can see a difference but it’s subtle & it’s a black tattoo which is the ‘easiest’ to remove. I hear different estimates about the results, taking 10 sessions, taking 20 sessions, it’s really expensive & they don’t charge per tattoo, they charge per session so I wonder if they drag it out to make more $, I don’t know the answer to that. Also you don’t want to scar, I have to say the place I was going she was careful so I have no scarring at all so far. I just switched & had a consult with a plastic surgeon. I was told by several doctors that she can remove anything, so I am excited to start with her.

It’s 10x faster but 10x more painful than getting the tattoo! I don’t have a before but I can email you the ‘so far’ removed … LOL

Thanks! I would love to see the "so far" removed result.

Also, let me know how you make out with the plastic surgeon consult.

Not sure if you would mind, but could you pass along the plastic surgeon's name?
