I agree, but I keep reading about how people wish they were getting a bigger refund rather than more throughout the year so I was curious how many people felt that way.
I'd rather have the $$$ sitting in my bank acct

There is no way I would ever opt for a large return. No way.
Especially now with that idiot Paterson saying that some NYS refunds may be held off. I believe he said once they sent out a certain amount of refund money (like 1.2 billion or something), that the rest of the refunds would get "delayed".
No way. Extra money in my paycheck please. And if I was paranoid enough that I needed that big refund every year, I can just have the extra money in my paycheck partially deposited into a separate high yield savings account that I would not touch.

Well, I look forward tot he refund every year although I know it's smarter to have ME ahve the money and get itnerest etc instead of giving a free loan tot he gov't. BUt I also know that if it's in my account it's getting spent. If I had a lot of discipline I could just have the extra money automatically deposited into savings,etc, but I don't mind things they way they are for now.
