Teacher Holiday Gift from Class
I am the class mother and I need to organize the class gift at my child's preschool. Parents are required to give money that is distributed. However, the class mother is also asked to organize a basket or gift from the class. Usually there is a theme. For example, everyone brings a sweet treat for a sweet treat basket. Or every child brings in a flower and a bouquet is created from them.
I would love to have each child bring a gift card but the school really wants something that is meaningful for the children to do or pick.
Any ideas? I am thinking about doing a book where each child writes something to the teacher, but I also need to do something else.

We did a scrap book one year - each kid did a page and then the class mom put it together. How about a basket of different teacher supplies, stickers, post its, organizers, etc

I would do a book. Have each child send in a photo or go in and take a photo of each child. Then they can make a picture and their photo can be added.
How about a holiday relaxing basket...things like coffee, hot chocolate, mugs, cookie mixes, candies,...maybe make a list and set a price (say under $5 or under $10)...make a signup genius...let people pick what they want off a general list (and add a category for your own suggestions. This way if someone wants to do something not on the list -then this way someone can bake, or spend more if they have a great idea).

Spa package (kids bring in lotions, scrubs, candles, etc) and you can write something about "relaxing" on holiday break
If she cooks a kitchen theme... wooden spoons, spatula, measuring cups, etc
