Teacher's appreciation week ideas

I was thinking this was the best place to ask. Appreciation week is coming up and I'm a class parent. We love our teacher. On that week, our class is having an overnight trip. With the other class parent, we are thinking of ideas to make every day special (like Monday kids bring a nice note, Tuesday a flower, etc). They will go on the trip on Thursday and I was thinking it'd be good to give our teacher something for the trip. What could it be, or what would you like? Coffee, snack for the bus ride? Also, what would it be a good idea to have for her when they come back on Friday afternoon? Thank you for any idea!

These are all great ideas. Honestly, anything you do will be appreciated by the teacher. If you know of anything she likes, I would try to incorporate those. The coffee and/ or snacks is a great idea for the bus ride. Maybe a gift card for Friday when they get back from the trip so she can get take out for dinner? She'll probably be exhausted after an overnight trip.
