Teachers...what are you giving your kids for the holidays?
I ordered books through Scholastic, but I need more because I feel like 1 book isn't enough. Ideas?

I usually buy those cheap stretchy gloves and then write the kids' names on them with fabric pen.
I also have given them books in the past.
I am not sure about this year.. I need to get on it!!!

I usually give them books from scholastic with a personalized bookmark. This year I ordered them a snowman pencil, eraser, sticker, mini spiral pad set from orientaltrading.

I got them a book from Scholastic, and then went to the Dollar Tree today and got X-mas/Holiday pencils and erasers too.

I bought them each personalized pencils with their names, a sharpener and a big chunky eraser. Very cheap. Go to www.forteachersonly.com

I'm ordering them mugs from oriental trading, putting a pack of hot chocolate, a candy cane and some hershey kisses inside and attaching the "Snowman Soup" poem to the handle. I did this last year too and the kids loved it.

Oh man! I love that and I so wanted to do that. I forgot and ordered other stuff oh well, there's always next year.

Definitely have a few kids who can use several of those!
I usually end up buying the pizza for our holiday party- I teach over 50 kids between my two classes so it's just not feasible.

a Mug filled with hot cocoa, a candy cane and mini marshmallows
& this poem

Soup, complete with a stirring stick. Just add hot water, and sip it slow. It’s sure to do the trick!

I'm in a HS, and the kids are still greedy at that age. I just give them candy canes! That's good enough!
