Temp question
So TBAF showed up last night at midnite, If I start taking my temps today do you do it a certain time? Like should it be done in the morning or can I do it after work. Will the temps be different then? Also should it be done the same time everyday?
Im definitly going to get that book tonight! I keep forgetting lol

You must take your temps first thing int hte morning. You can not get up first or anything.
Roll over turn off your alarm and take your temp.
Also, temps need to be taken at the same time every day.

Even on the weekends I set my alarm for 6:30 so I can take my temp, then I got back to sleep. You just need to make sure you take it the same time every day.
If you drink the night before your temp will probably be higer than normal from the alcohol...I usually don't cound those temps becuase they are not a true reading.
