Teresa Giudice's Mansion 4 $$SALE$$ to help her debt!
Here goes her last bit of luxury!
The Real Housewives of NJ reality star Teresa Giudice and her hubby Joe recently filed for bankruptcy, claiming they owe $11 million to creditors.
If you've watched the show and you've seen the shopping trips, you aren't surprised.
In an effort to pay some of that money back, she is putting her gorgeous 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms mansion on the market. The 10,500 square foot property in Towaco, NJ has a grand double staircase, marble and granite floors, spacious gourmet kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, huge 2-story great room, game room, wine cellar, home theater, and a separate live/in guest suite.
Asking price - $3,999,999!
No way she is getting that in this economy! She better PRAY the show gets picked up for a third season and one of her kids gets really famous really fast!
It's a gorgeous place though, we'll give her that!

She's not going to sell that marble mansion for that price any time soon or ever. It's so gaudy and not tastefully done.

As much as it's her and DH's fault that they are in this position, I feel bad that she is losing her house.
I can't imagine going from THAT to a regular house.

I don't fell bad for them AT ALL - It's called living within your means ........If you HAVE the money, awesome - spend it till you can't spend anymore - if you're in DEBT 11 MILLION Dollars - You don't HAVE the millions you want to live like you do ........... Get the F over yourself -

It's not working. There are no pics or description of the house.
Then it must have been taken down -- I looked at it myself this morning... and there were 6 pics, a description of many details of the house, etc.

it is one gsmls (which is the NJ multilple listing service) by a reputable realtor in the town so it is totally for sale. Why is she saying it is not?
ETA - that was pulled too..but I looked at around lunchtime and it was there. And there is no way this agency would list it on the MLS if it really wasn't for sale.

I agree and they filed for bankruptcy.
In this week's People Magazine it says they will be keeping their mansion even though they filed for bankruptcy. ***???
