Well I guess you can color me a sucker because I feel bad for the family. Yeah.. they lived beyond their means and made incredibly stupid decisions. I hope it is a lesson learned for both of them and that they do better next time. I hope their little girls aren't too upset about having to move.
As to the house itself.. it looks like a big top - it just needs stripes and a little flag on the top.

So, what kind of $$ do they get for being on the show? Or do they just do it for emotional fulfillment? 
ETA- it's also pretty clear to me that they, or her at least, needs some kind of counseling. $11 million in the hole is mind boggling and it didn't happen overnight.

Supposedly she gets like $3,300/month from the show.

also, not that is makes the situation any better or removes the blame from them BUT ... more than half that of money is owed to his past business partners for property investments that they lost on when the market dumped ... like MILLIONS of other people.
the other 5.5 million, well, i blame their dumb asses   (most of which was probably that stupid house filled with stupid insanely expensive furniture)

I read there tax return for last year showed $74,000 in income.
I'm sure what they report is not what they earn, that may be their next problem..
$74,000 = 11 million in debt
I dont feel bad for them at all.
