Termite Inspection -
Can anyone recommend someone who would do JUST the Termite Inspection and only charge me for that?
I'm hoping to get a good deal on this - I don't know what they go for but I want to price around.

I would call and exterminator for that.
I know you didn't ask for an opinion, but I really think you should have a proper inspection. An inspector checks for termite activity and if they feel the need for a separate termite inspection they will let you know.

Spend the money for a lic home inspector...while your dad's friend might know about electric there is a lot more to a home inspection then that
A few hundred dollars now could save you from thousands of dollars worth of repairs later

I appreciate all the answers and opinions.
At this point, I'm just looking for Termite Inspection recommendations - someone who will come in and do just that and charge for only that.
If I could get some of those I'd really appreciate it.

I have searched high and low for the people who did mine. Actually they did the home inspection and the termite inspection was an additional 75 bucks.
I am not sure if they just do termite inspections but its worth a call.

Kane exterminating. I think they are in Kings Park but I don't have their number. I worked for an attorney for a number of years and we would recommend Kane to anyone buying a home.
I'm not sure what they charge though.

I used Skyway Pest Management. Guy, the owner, came and he was really nice. He was recommended by my real estate agent. He seemed very honest and if I ever need an exterminator i will probably call him. Termite Inspection
We only needed a termite inspection because my husband's friend did the inspection of the structure, electrical, etc.
