Terrible Cold!
Ugh I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and just came down with a terrible cold! I can't breathe, my throat is so sore and I have the worst headache! On top of being overly pregnant I am just so miserable!
Anyone going through anything similar? Any home remedies that you recommend? I've tried really hard not to take any medication throughout this pregnancy and it would stink to have to start now.

Oh no! Gargle with salt water every hour. It really works. Drink extra OJ, or I was allowed to take 500 mg vitamin C. Pine brothers honey cough drops work, halls as well. I also took Zyrtec and regular robitussin to knock out a cold at 36 weeks. I did not want to be sick for labor. I hope you feel better

Terrible Cold!
Try taking Elderberry. When I have gotten sick I take it 4 times a day and I swear by it! Feel better!

Hot water with lemon and honey have been my best friend this winter. Also gargle with salt water and nasal rinses.

Whenever I get a cold the cool mist humidifier run all night is my best friend
