Texas Roadhouse is now Open!
We went the night it opened and had fun! They had a guy dressed like an armadillo out front 
The food was reasonable, service friendly and every thing was great!
The cinnamon butter on the rolls WAS my favorite part  Can't wait to go back.

On Hempstead Tpke in East Meadow just over the Wantagh State.

We were thinking about going Monday night, but we called and there was an hour wait and I was too hungry to wait.

We didn't know that they were not open on Sat. night as we needed a place to eat before going to the Islanders game. We saw the sign for a second saying they were opening on Monday and then realized it was probably family night. They were really nice (about 10 girls saying hi to us at once-lol!!) and gave us menu and peanuts to take with us.
