TG Turkey - how do you cook it?
How do you cook your TG Turkey?
We started deep frying it a few years ago and I'll never go back to putting it in the oven.

I usually brine it before, then bake it breast side UP.
Deep fried sounds great - too scary

i flip the turkey every 45 minutes and baste every 20 minutes with water, oj, and its juices.

I have heard horror stories of people trying to deep fry a frozen turkey that wasn't thoroughly thawed
