Thank You Card Question

I threw my grandmother a surprise 80th birthday party in September. I then went to FL and was planning to do the TYs when I came home. The week I came home, she fell and we found a brain tumor so large it is expected to take her soon. She has been on a downward spiral and I have been so preoccupied with all that is going on with her.

It seems silly to send TYs from her now since everyone knows her condition and that she is unresponsive. Should I send TYs from us as a family to everyone for coming and what not, or should I not even bother at this point?

I would send the TYs from the family; I'm sure you're ALL thankful to whomever came, especially in light of this news.
