Thank You notes for Fundraiser
I am writing out thank you notes to the businesses who donated to the fundraiser. How should I sign them? Me & Ray planned the fundraiser and solicited all of the donations. SHould I put our names and the name of the person who the fundraiser was for? or just her name?

Yeah, thats what I am thinking. I am having trouble with wording because writing is my weakness.

I agree, I think it should come from the person who benefitted from the fundraiser.

I got one of those
I feel like some of these we have to put our names because we are the ones they dealth with and they know our names (I am talking about thank you's to the restaurants who donated food, and businesses that donated to the chinese auction)

YAY! So glad you got it. I am always afraid that I missed people in my thank you's. ALthough, now you got me thinking that I am not sure if I sent them to vendors Crap, I feel horrible now. But to answer your question, I would thank the vendors from you, Ray and your friend Again, you are amazing for doing this for her

Re: Thank You notes for Fundraiser
OK, so I am putting all of our names for the vendors. I have about 60-70 vendors I am writing personalized notes to now! I am not doing the Thank Yous to the individual people, because 1/2 of them paid at the door and there is either no name or no address. I will tell my coworker that he might want to think about doing them for the people we do have info for. or we can order preprinted ones... because I do not have time to write 200 more

Re: Thank You notes for Fundraiser
I vote having him do preprinted ones over nothing. People will understand. SHe is sick and he is taking on a lot and sitting and doing so many cards just isn't feasible right now. At least that's what I tell myself when I feel bad about the printed ones.
