thanks for positive thoughts! i passed the 3hr!!
ETA - i really have no idea if it mattered or not, but before the 1hr my doctor didnt tell me to fast or anything. i ate normal, which included a caramel frappucino and jellybeans 
before the 3hr i fasted starting at 10pm for my 7am test. the day before i ate more protein than i have been eating and i doubled my water consumption and laid off the sugar a bit. not sure if it helped but she said the results for the 3hr were completely normal.

i didnt really notice. it looked the same as the one i had for the 1hr but it couldve been different.

its not so bad. mine was extra boring cause the lab had no internet or phone service!! and they dont let you leave!! it was soooo boring.
