The age old question: Day 1
If you have brown spotting a day before you have bright red blood, which is day 1? Thanks :)

Full flow is day 1. So spotting , either brown or red, isn't considered day 1

Omg! It's like this post was meant to be for me! Being paranoid and thinking the same thing...just made a post asking basically the same question but way more wordier cuz I was sort of in a panic...lol! Thanks this puts me at a bit of ease as well ;)
