The fast diet
Anyone try this? I bought the book over the weekend and this is my first fast day! I only need to lose a few pounds and I always do, but gain it right back. I feel like this is something I can stick with for the long term!

It was good. A little rough during the day at work but I felt so good that night when I went to bed. When I woke up this morning I was not as hungry as I usually am in the morning
