The Freshaire Choice - No VOC paint from HD
Anyone have any experience with The Freshaire Choice paint? http://www.thefreshairechoice.com/
It's totally natural, no VOCs, and it's available from Home Depot. We are doing a major reno, and hence, a lot of painting. I really want to minimize the VOCs, especially since we are doing DC's bedrooms. On paper (computer screen....), this paint looks great, with nothing but good benefits, but I was wondering if anyone actually used it, and how it holds up/covers/looks/etc.

I haven't used it but if you go on their website they are giving away 3 free samples.

I used it and it was a NIGHTMARE! I needed 2 cans for my living room... the second can was a totally different color so I went back and got a third which was different than the first two - we primed and went with BEHR paint

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I don't think Behr's has no-VOC paint.... they have the typical "Low-VOC" paint, which means the base is lower than other paint, but then the tint is full of VOCs, which totally defeats the purpose of "low VOC".....
I know that no-VOC paint will cost a lot more, but since I'm putting DC in the rooms immediately after I'm done painting (some paints off-gas for years....), I would like to minimize their exposure to those chemicals.
