the light at the end of the tunnel....
part of the "issues" dh and i have been having are financial.
(since this is a public forum, i won't give too many specifics here)
dh has something at a relative's home that's worth a few bucks. yesterday, someone came by to take a look at the item dh is planning to put on ebay.
this person (who i know is financially stable), offered to take it all!!!
this means that it doesn't have to be sold piece by piece on ebay!!!
we'll see him today to talk about specifics...
if he buys, we will be able to get 100% out of debt and have enough money left over to start the renovations on the house!!!!
dh couldn't sleep last night, he's so excited!

That is great. I would sell it privately then trying ebay as you never know, and you have to put alot more leg work into the process as you have to ship it, follow up etc...
Make sure the money goes to the right place

i know... less work involved is a wonderful thing.
we had a serious talk last night about how much money would go to each need. we agree on where the money will go. the only "fun" thing we'll do is go to disney world, since my son (12) has never been... but that won't be until next year.
