We used the CBEFM and got pregnant the second month. I had been taking folic acid for a while as well as B12 because I have a deficiency. Other than that, we BD'ed 2 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation.

I'm a teacher (as you know)  so I was trying to "plan" it..every month starting from March to September I added something new to my regime. I did get pregnant in July but had a chemical pregnancy so it was back to the drawing board.
During TTC I temped, I charted, I took pre seed, I tried positions, only thing new I did the last month was eat Barilla Pasta and when Sept came around we were going to stop trying so I was planning a summer vacation to Italy..funny cause that month I was relaxed and thought my summer plans of Italy were coming...then I got a BFP in October...Try and relax and think of other things...it will happen..GOOD LUCK TTC

Robitussin from 7dpo to 19 dpo...worked like a charm both times...
Sorry to crash, but I am probably going to O in a few days, and I am taking the Robitussen now...should I be taking it after,too, or just after?
i took it for a few days after... since the sperm can live for up to 5 days in an optimal environment, i wanted to make sure my CM was as thin as i could get it for as long as possible... once i was sure i had O'd (about 3 days after my positive OPK) i stopped taking the robitussin

It could've been coincidence, but I started taking prenatals that month and I was eating a lot healthier. I joined WW and said to myself, as soon as I join, I'm going to get PG, and sure enough...
Some people say Barilla pasta. I was eating a lot of whole wheat pasta and did notice increased CM - after O, which never happens. When I saw that, I had feeling we made a baby. 
Can't wait for you to join us over here!

I never charted or temped. I checked FF to see when I could ovulate, but we just winged it for that month.

It was my first month on Clomid, so I did everything I possibly could to help us get that BFP.
1. Preseed
2. Propped my legs up for 1/2 hour after each time
3. Didn't do it all the time...just twice, but apparently at the right times.

yeah, I finally stopped being cheap I bought and used a digital OPK and preseed.
the digital OPK was key. I thought I O'ed 2-3 days earlier than I did!
Preseed was improtant just becuase the BD'ing was DAILY in the target zone (2 days before until 2 days afterwards... 5 days in total)... so it would have been impossible w/o preseed.
oh, I should add something. 2 good friends also got preggo at the same time as me... both of them used a fertlity watch instead of a traditional OPK. It worked for both of them, so it must work reasonably well!
