The No Cry Sleep Solution

I borrowed this book from the library but see now that it is geared towards toddlers and preschoolers. Am I way too early to be considering this method or even reading this book? Chat Icon Or is there a different version?

Re: The No Cry Sleep Solution

NM, I see that there is one for babies, just not at my library! But I requested it from another library. So, heads up to any mommies looking for this book (otherwise I would've deleted the post Chat Icon )

Thanks!

Is this written by Dr Sears? My brother and wife used that and are having some success. I, personally, am a Ferber fan, but I have heard really good things about this method. I wish I had the patience and energy to try it. Good luck!

Re: The No Cry Sleep Solution

I used it. Good thinking on the library, because I didn't find it particularly helpful. I was already doing many of the methods in the book.

I highly recommend The Baby Wisperer. The two are pretty similar. But we didn't have terrible sleep problems to begin with.
