Update #2: Britney is having a difficult time functioning at the moment as her family has frozen her credit cards. Sources tell us that one of her stupid dancer friends drove her from the rehab this morning.

I feel like we are 55 minutes into a Behind the Music episode and just waiting for the inevitable ending to this mess.

Her poor kids. Thank god they are too young to realize what's going on around them.

As you have probably heard by now, the hard-pAArtying mother of two checked out of rehab again this morning.

If she can't take her OWN health seriously, how can she be held accountable for the well-being of two infants????

Thankfully, even when she was pretending to be a mother, Britney wasn't doing much parenting.

Us Weekly spoke with a former Spears staffer, and what they have to say is sad and upsetting!

"She gets over-whelmed," a source tells Us. "She gets so frustrated when they cry, asking, 'How do I make it stop?' But she loves her kids."

After less than 24 hours, Britney Spears has left the rehab facility she checked into on Tuesday night — the latest in a string of unusual incidents that have been blamed on a screaming row she had with estranged husband Kevin Federline.

The ‘Toxic’ singer entered the Promises treatment centre in Mailbu, California on Tuesday night, but checked out less than 24 hours later, a source told E! Online.

Spears was reportedly furious that paparazzi had taken pictures of her in the centre despite respect-for-privacy pleas from her manager, and so decided to leave the facility.

It has been claimed tha Spears, who recently checked into another rehab facility for a day and shaved her head, was pushed over the edge by Federline’s threats that he would have her hair tested to determine whether she’d been using illegal drugs.

It is believed that the back-up dancer and failed rapper had hoped that the presence of illegal substances in Spears’ body could be used to highlight her shortcomings as a mother in the custody battle for their two children, according to a source quoted in OK! Magazine.

"They had a huge argument," a source told the magazine. "Kevin threatened Britney that he was going to have people test her hair to find out exactly what she's been up to. She was so scared. That was what made her have her head shaved."

And, ultimately, it triggered the sequence of events that ended with in Spears checking into the prominent rehab centre.

"Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today," revealed Larry Rudolph, her manager, yesterday.

"We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time," he said in a statement, which didn’t prevent paparazzi from scrambling helicopters to take photos of the mother of two in the clinic.

The 25-year-old singer was seen wearing a pink tank top and pants to which the shop’s sizing sticker still seemed to be attached. She was snapped walking on the centre’s grounds, without the cheap blonde wig she’d worn while going out in West Hollywood on Sunday night where she crashed a stranger’s birthday party and was ignored by the nightclub venue’s staff.

Spears was also photographed smoking and scowling.

Rudolph revealed that it was Spears who had decided to enter the facility. She wanted to rest, focus on recovery and get better, the manager told Ryan Seacrest of E! News.

Spears, whose behaviour has been erratic since splitting from Federline in November, was under pressure from her family, friends, Rudolph and even her estranged husband to take care of herself.

A source close to Federline told People magazine that the father of her two sons was worried about Spears.

"Kevin is concerned for Britney and his children," a Federline friend claimed.

"Of course he's concerned about her,” they added.

“He loves her. He's always loved her — even after she started divorce proceedings."

Federline reportedly also cancelled a trip to Las Vegas to stay in Los Angeles so that he could be available for his children with Spears, according to sources who spoke to People.

Following the split from Federline, Spears was repeatedly photographed intoxicated and partying with Paris Hilton, in various states of undress.

Last week she checked into the Crossroads rehab centre in Antigua but left Eric Clapton’s facility within 24 hours.

On Friday she entered Esther’s Haircutting Studio in California and demanded that hairdressers shave her head. When they refused she used an electric razor to do the job herself, while she reportedly claimed to be "tired of people touching her".

Spears then had two pink lips tattooed on her hips and wrist at a nearby parlour.

Following the weekend, the founder of Promises, Richard Rogg, said the singers’ brief visit to Crossroads was a desperate act.

"It usually happens when someone is coerced into being there, or they're so drunk and loaded that they come into treatment - wake up, and they're gone," said the facilty’s CEO where a typical stay is 45 days, according to the New York Daily News.

The retreat, situated in the mountains of Santa Monica, has in the past accommodated the likes of Robert Downey Jr, Charlie Sheen, Ben Affleck, Diana Ross and Matthew Perry.

Rehab only works for people who want it to work..look at Keith Urban, he stayed in it. Brit Brit and Lindsay should not be anyones idol on how to live life.

Spears it apparently at the law office of Barry Tarlows (a defense attorney)  wearing her 2 dollar blonde wig with a brown hat and some brown haired assistant-looking girl.

No clue what she's doing there.

I love these updates!! She is probably going to sue her mom for stopping her credit cards.
