have scheduled a press conference for Friday at
1 p.m. to announce that they have signed center fielder Johnny

He's the best lead off hitter in baseball(yes better than jeter) He's fast. He might have a crappy arm, but he can cut that ball off in the outfield really fast. He's a great addition to the Yankees.

I would have to agree with this. I think this was a good move on the Yankees part. I think he's going to fit in well in NY.

I guess you're right. But we so need pitchers more than anything!!!! Are there any rumors about pitchers??? I'm sorry...I will NOT cheer for him. I just can't stand Damon....and he better play his best for the Yanks.

I just walked over to the bagel shop and saw the paper. They're having a gala for him along w/ all the trimmings. Like Jenn said wake us up when it's over.

Yup, that's him! I don't find him attractive at all, but all that extra hair, bleh! He would make some man and nice boyfriend Um, I mean, his wife must be very happy with his haircut.
