DH was reading an update about it this morning and as of right now, he's only being charged with 2nd degree murder!
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO IN CANADA TO BE CHARGED WITH 1ST DEGREE!?!?!?! Do I WANT to know?
Also they watched the tape from the bus and they said that the attacker ate the victim's flesh
Does Canada have the death penalty? Cause this guy needs not be around the rest of civilization!!!!!

What? I can't even believe that someone could do something like that to a random stranger, or anyone for that matter. That poor poor boy who was killed. How terribly sad. I hope they have the death penalty in Canada. If they don't, they need to get it now.
