and not in a good way. Every time it rains my patio and yard flood. With the big storm a few weeks ago, the water was so high it was coming in my back door into my den Chat Icon We need to get the concrete patio ripped up and the entire yard graded away from the house. Who would I call to do this kind of work?

If you and your DH aren't the DIY types, then you'll probably want to call a landscaper. They'll demo and dispose of the patio, regrade the property and reseed.

completely under the pool in the backyard thing, but ours does not come near the house. Chat Icon FM SweetCin and ask her for the guy who did our regrading of her backyard. I remember her saying they really liked him and I believe he was priced well. GL!Chat Icon

Thanks everyone. I didn't know if a landscaper or general contractor would be the one to do the job. I appreciate the advice. Chat Icon
