Things are looking up! Updated
Update: IUI done! After wash DH sperm count was 55 million and I have 5 mature follicles!! Now I wait
Doing my 5th iui tomorrow (two worked but lost both babies) and when I went in on Wednesday I had at least 5 mature follies and 1-2 more then may be mature by tomorrow I am so excited! I know I shouldn't get my hopes up but I can't help it. I've never had more then 3! This is my second round on Letrozole

That is so exciting! Congratulations! Can I ask you a question. I know you said you've gone through multiple IUI's. I am so new to this -- tomorrow is IUI#1 for me -- I didn't take any meds, so I guess this is what is called a "natural" cycle -- I was also told not to trigger tonight because I am surging on my own. Are numerous mature follicles common only for medicated cycles? Is this why there is a higher chance of twins? My sonogram today showed one mature follicle that was 20 mm, and 2-3 that were around 13mm. Fingers crossed for you tomorrow! I hope everything goes well. Sending happy thoughts your way!

Thank you and good luck to you too!! I always was under the impression that you got more follies on meds. My first IUI I used Clomid and no trigger, I got my BFP but MC at 8 weeks. Then we tried again with IUI and Clomid and got a BFN. Both times I had 1-2 follies. Then tried with Clomid, IUI and trigger- had 3 follies got my BFP but again that ended in MC. Last month we switched to Fermera, I triggered and did IUI with 2 follies and BFN. So having this many follies is new to me but I pray it means only good things to come!

good luck to you! I just started Letrozole this morning and its my first intervention of any kind. It seems like most people have good things to say about it...
