things no one tells you RE: pelvic floor muscles

Apparently they need to be QUICK as well as strong!! Chat Icon Baby is having fun with my bladder today and I've gotten a few good kicks in the last few minutes. Unfortunately I've also had the better part of a 1.5 liter bottle of water sitting at my desk. I'm so lucky I haven't peed my pants yet! Chat Icon

This is happening to me too! It's awful. My DH made me laugh so hard I peed my pants...a LOT. I think my pelvic floor muscles are literally on the floor!

Hahahaha I have def. leaked quite a few times too!!!! Coughing.. sneezing is a huge one for leakage... lol....
