Boardwalk on the Beach is cool. Lots of little shops. There is the Aquarium. My DH is going there in Jan to go golfing.

Re: Things to do in Myrtle Beach

We just went there in September.
We went to the Boardwalk a couple of times. That was fun.

We had gone to a couple of good resturants also. We tried a Fondue Resturant called "The Melting Pot" its was fun!

Have a good time

On top of what the other posters said, they have great outlets.

They are opening a huge Hard Rock Amusement Park next year and a new shopping area (with higher end stores).

They have lots of great restaurants as well!

Re: Things to do in Myrtle Beach

I spent 9 preggo weeks there last summer. Tons of outlets. Spent a lot of time at Broadway at the Beach. Its nice there, restaurants and shopping, movie theater. We took the drive to Wilmington,Nc and did a ghost tour, it was great....right on Cape Fear. Then we drove down to Charleston.

We are nerds and huge into kite flying...stunt kites and parafoils...so we would go down to the beach at night and do that.

Brookgreen Gardens (my aunt volunteers there) ... site

Lots of great restaurants (in addition to every chain/touristy kind of place you can think of!)

I usually just go to either Tanger Outlet or lay around my mom's house being lazy (while DH golfs)!!!

Boardwalk on the Beach and golf are great there. There's a great Japanese steakhouse at Boardwalk

I also found a legit massage parlor by looking in the yellow pages for "pregnancy massages" I figured they would be legit if they wanted pregnant women to come in - and they were!
