things to do to bring on labor.
i'll be 38 weeks on wednesday and i want to see if theres anything i can do to speed up this process a bit...
any suggestions???

walk, walk, walk is what did it for me.
Other suggestions I heard:
Sex
Squats
Rest
Things to eat:
Lobster
Spicy food
Chinese food
Balsamic Vinegar
Chickpeas
