I was getting a manicure with my mom last week, and there were 2 little boys running around like lunatics (they were both under 5 btw) in the nail salon. My mom asked me if I was SURE I was ready for all that a grand total of 5 times within 20 minutes. Finally I was like 'YES MOTHER FOR THE 5TH TIME SINCE WE GOT HERE, WE ARE READY, AND IF WE WEREN'T, THERE'S NO TURNING BACK NOW"..
UGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
You should have looked scared and told her, "No, I don't think I am! You're going to have to raise this baby, okay?"

Ughh my SIL, who is a stay at home mom and knows I need to put my DD in day care said "when i looked at day cares i thought they were all gross" WELL THANK YOU A-HOLE I HAVE NO CHOICE! that was just so rude not everyone is as privileged as you! IT gets worse... she then said "being a stay at home mother is something anyone can do. You are making the choice to go back to work. I am making the sacrifice." THIS REALLY BLEW ME OVER THE EDGE!!!! I knowing being a SATM is hard, but give me a friggin break. Believe me, if i could, I would be home as much as possible. She is so ignorant and rude. I don't even want to talk to her anymore. It's not true that just anyone can be a stay at home mother. In fact, my "sacrifice" is working every friggin day just so that my LO can have a good life. Sorry for the huge vent but now i really can't stand her. I mean who says stuff like that? I really want to say something to my brother, but he defends everything she says and does.

I am going to add one from my DH today...
I just got out of the shower and I was rubbing lotion on my belly and he says "Wow you got bigger from yesterday I don't see how it will be possible for you NOT to get stretch marks" Gee thanks exactly what I want to hear!
