this could be the dumbest mlsli question ever...
What could it mean when a listing no longer appears on MLSLI?
We went to an open house on Sunday (two days ago) and we were probably the only people who went to the OH. I just looked on mlsli to check the taxes and I can't find the listing!
I have the flyer from the OH and the realtor's card at home, so I can't call right now.
What do you think?

It is either an exclusive listing - never put on mls...or it was taken off the market.

this kind of happened to us. We saw a listing on MLS and went to the open house, but they did not have it because it was already in contract. And the next day it was off MLS

Also if they are doing a price adjustment, or changing the listing (adding/changing photos, etc)in some way, you may not be able to access the listing for a little while. Check later or tomorrow.

I would think that they were close to contract and just continued the open houses until it was signed.
or maybe there is something about the house that you are not putting in correctly? does it border another town? Maybe you have to look in another town/schoold district?
