This is probably asked a million times every year, but what to you do to block DC from trying to climb on/tip/EAT the xmas tree?

This is probably asked a million times every year, but what to you do to block DC from trying to climb on/tip/EAT the xmas tree?
Should we get a play yard or is there a product out there especially made for this purpose?

I don't put anything around it. Just a couple No no no touch and they lose interest...at least my girls.
I have seen people put the Super yard gate around it.

I wouldn't put anything around it; I doubt our parents did w/ us. I'd just say NO & put non-breakable balls at the bottom

We were going to use the playyard if we started to see a problem, but she never went near it. The few times she did we said no and that was it..
