well my brother has referred to her as the sexiest ugly girl he has ever seen; my husband has said she is really not that pretty but there something about her and a guy friend of mine has said she is the ugliest girl that he's ever wanted to, well ya know...so i guess maxim is on to something...personally i love her but she is kind a butterface!!! i see what they are saying...she unconventionally hot!

Im not a huge SJP fan but i think that was a mean thing for maxim to rate at all

I guess so; but Maxim is a pretty immature magazine...the guys who read it are still trying not to lose their s*it within 5 minutes....

OK, I guess I'll go out on a limb here and say that I like SJP's face. I think it has character. She doesn't have Barbie-doll features, but I find her face interesting and expressive.

ETA: I'm responding more to the women who are calling her a buttaface, rather than the Maxim staff.

My Dh and his friend were talking about this a while ago. They both said she had a 'horse face', and his friend actually refused to go see a movie she was in cause he couldn't stand looking at her. I can see how someone would say she is unsexy.

Unsexy does not mean not pretty. There is a specific look that makes you sexy.

To me:
Sexy is Vanessa Minillo, Kim Kardashian, J Lo, etc

Unsexy is SJP, Calista Flockheart, Jennie Garth etc.

But I guess its al subjective

How did Jennie Garth make it to your list??
