this may be a dumb question ... (re: introducing new foods)
but would you consider prunes and plums to be separate items for allergy purposes when introducing them to your dc (so x days plums and x day prunes)... or not? since prunes are just dried plums, if DD's fine with plums, can I skip giving prunes their requisite number of days and just add them to the rotation of things she can have?

in my book, prunes are plums, whatever allergens are in plums wont dissipate once they are dried.

Thanks ladies - that's what I thought but I didn't know if the drying process might chemically change the food at all.
