thomas at strasburg RR question
We are going on a saturday, do you need to buy your tickets ahead of time?
were they sold out?
also do you have to pay the convience fee when you buy tickets at strasburg RR that you do online

When I bought tickets I was told it sells out- however, it seems like right now there are plenty left so idk. I know there are two weeks this year- one in June and again in September. I don't know if it was always like that or if they added the week since it has been so popular.

We bought our tickets already bc why take the chance that they are sold out. Thomas is the main reason we are going and we wouldn't risk missing it bc of extra fees.

We are going on Jun 22. (Friday) Bought the tickets in March. Wasn't worth the risk of selling out.

we went in June last year. we bought them ahead of time, and it was not necessary. there were plenty of seats.
