Party City always has them (theirs are smaller).
I have found them in the past in the supermarkets, in the seafood section, but that may be during holidays only. I know I've definitely bought them at King Kullen before.

Party City had them and I wondered what they are for??? Why do you need that if you have the shell on them? Can someone clue me in?

I make a baked clam filling using canned chopped clams and fill the little tins to bake/serve (instead of using fresh clams and filling shells).

not sure where you are located, but party hardy in smithtown always has them!
