we use little neck clams and keep them iin their half shell
mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsely, salt, pepper, little oregano and grated cheese with oilve oil till breadcrumbs are wet
top each clam loosely with breadcrumb mixture
drizzle oil over the tops of clam once in the pan and pour the juice from the clams in the bottom of the pan with more olive oil
bake at like 350 for about 20 min till the crumbs are browned
