Those that have the Britax Marathon and/or Boulevard

I have both (one for my car and one for Dh's car)

We have a Honda Accord and Jeep Liberty - I'm concerned these aren't going to fit rear facing in the cars since my infant seat barely fits without having the front seats all the way up.

Anyone have these seats in either car? Does it work?

I used to have my Marathon in a Honda Accord (2004) and it fit behind the passenger seat. The front seat had to be pretty much all the way up though.

We have the Marathon and the Liberty. It fits OK- there's not a ton of room in the back to begin with. Our lease is up next month and I can't wait to give it back. IMO, its just not baby friendly.

I had a Boulevard rear facing in my 2002 Accord. Our seats were comfortable, but we aren't tall, so maybe thats why. Our seats certainly weren't all the way up.

Great question Jodi - i was wondering the same thing. i have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the infant seat just fits - it so annoying having to have the passenger seat up all the way. i was praying that the next seat would fit better but i have a feeling it wont. i never thought this would have been an issue with a truck.

We had our Marathons rear facing in a Honda Civic. If they fit in that, they'll fit anywhere!Chat Icon

I have the Marathon behind the passenger seat in a Jetta, which I think is smaller than an Accord. The front seat is pushed up a bit, but someone can sit in it.

Is there a reason you don't have the car seat in the middle? We have a Gran Cherokee as well and there is plenty of room in the middle. The middle is the safest place for them anyway. Just curious. We are going to be looking into the Britax seats as well. We have the Graco Safe seat which is rated for 30 lbs and I belive 32 inches, so it will last us a bit longer before we have to buy another.
