Those who celebrate "Greek Easter"
What do you typically have for dinner. We are trying to figure out our menu and want to change it up a bit.

Re: Those who celebrate "Greek Easter"
A bunch of appetizers like tomato & feta, shrimp cocktail, spanakopita etc....
Pasta course
Then lamb with potatoes & vegetables
If you don't eat lamb, salmon or chicken is good too. I skip the lamb but eat the vegetables.

Re: Those who celebrate "Greek Easter"
I'm making lamb, a honey glazed ham, eggplant rolatini , spanakopita, lemon potatoes and roasted veggies. Apps will prob be shrimp, roasted pepper ,mozzarella basil in a peach white vinegar and maybe I'll make a small truffled pizza and cut it up.
We are going to the farm in the AM with my niece to visit all the animals we will be eating.
