Those who got the H1N1 at the Dept of Health Clinics
Sorry if this was asked already - My Ob is out of them and told me I can get them at the clinic. I asked if he knew if they were mercury free and he did not, but said if they aren't to get one if they will give it to you. So were does anyone know if they are mercury free and did they give preggos a problem if they weren't? TIA!

I got mine at the nassau county dept of health on Monday. It had mercury in it but my doc said take it even if it does because the mercury free are so scarse. Someone mentioned the amount of mercury is like eating a tuna sandwich- so will not cause any harm.

I got mine at the Nassau Count Dept of Health, but it was not the mercury free one...I went on one of the nights where it was specifically for pregnant women...

What she said. My OB said it was fine to take it with mercury.

Re: Those who got the H1N1 at the Dept of Health Clinics
Thanks for the replies. My ped actually sent me a new listing of clinics. They list the high risk people but they aren't specifically for preggos. I'm just hoping that if they don't have the mercury free ones, they will give it to me anyway.
