Those who's children had a reaction to the MMR shot?
Was it just a fever? If so, how long did it last and how high did it get?

Re: Those who's children had a reaction to the MMR shot?
Noah had a fever exactly 8 days later. Was 101 on average, went up to 103. Lasted for a day and a half, then gone. He had a very very slight rash as well at the same time. Acted 100% normal while it happened.
My niece had just the fever. Was 104 for a day and a night my SIL said 10-12 days after shot.

About 12 days later he had 105 fever, heart palpitations, and major lethargy. It was terrifying! Cavanagh told me to come right over and he would wait for me since it was evening. The motrin kicked in on the way and he was his regular self by the time he got there!

I believe DD had a fever 7 days after the shot; it got up to 102 & kept her up at night--no other symptoms.

Re: Those who's children had a reaction to the MMR shot?
DD had a fever 8 or 9 days out for about 2 days - it went up to about 104.3 and she got a rash. She was fine 2 days later. She was not cranky or upset in any way just a high fever and a rash.

Erik had a fever and rash, but it didn't seem to bother him at all.

Re: Those who's children had a reaction to the MMR shot?
8 days after the shot, DS had a 103 fever, slight rash, and was not himself. It started in the early evening and he was himself until the next afternoon -- that is when the crying started. By the next morning he was fine.
