those with babies with very dry skin or eczema....what baby wash do you use?
I was using Burts Bees, bathing every 3 days and twice daily aquaphor......what do you use??

she doesn't have very dry skin, but, i use milk bath (baby magic) when I bathe her, and I have a humidifier running in the house 24/7
i seriously think that the humidifier is the reason why she is ok here in this weather.....

I use aquaphor bath every other day, but if i put sunscreen on her, then i do that day. I also wipe her down every morning and night.
I just bought arbonne (sp?) but havent officially used yet.
I also lather her up with aquaphor ointment. I had brought her to dermatologist and this is what they told me to use on her.
When i used aveeno she would get bad outbrakes and i would have to use hydrocortizone cream. I havent had to use the hydro since using aquaphor.

Cetaphil wash, Cetaphil lotion, and Burt's Bee's for hair. If he is not having a bad flare up I will use Burt's Bees on body and Burt's lotion.

Dove soap. That's what the ped recommended. I lather him up with Cetaphil cream after each bath. It has worked wonders on his skin.

Steven has Eczema, and I tried a bunch of different lotions.
Well, he now has eczema in his diaper area  So I was reading that you should put Olive Oil in the bath and it will help moisturize and "seal" the skin. Well, I did it last night and felt the difference on hsi skin already. Not greasy at all! And I didn't put any other lotion on him and this morning, he was still hydrated and some of his "patches" were gone

Before I had her eczema until control I used Cetaphil (the liquid one even though it says for oily skin it didn't dry out her skin like the bar soap did) soap and then I would aquaphor 2-4 times a day depending how dry her skin was. Now that it is gone I use Huggies baby wash and Huggies lotion. Sometimes if I feel it is getting a little drier then I use cetaphil cream and then twice a week I use aquaphor.

California Baby wash. I got it at a health food store, but Target sells it too.
Also use Burt's Bees.

The ONLY thing that made it go away was - well there are two things, but one is really $$$( Arbonne products) so I go with the Target version of the Cetaphil wash and lotion.

I have two sensitive skin eczema babies, after many many baby washes, baby creams, i finally listened to my doc and i use dove soap-regular dove soap.
It cut my dd's eczema flare up in half, i dont have to use hydrocortizone on her as much and i don't even have to use lotion all the time.
Dh and I have ssensitive dry skin ourselves and we use dove soap, don't know why i didn't use it sooner.
My girls only get 2 baths a week during the cooler months, and 3 during the warm ones.

We use these exact products. Our ped recommended them and he has not had a flare since.

I use all Aveeno products on Kaila. The diaper rash creme is really good, her rash goes away within a day. She also has dry skin so I use the bath wash and the lotion
