My chiropractor actually helps me a lot
He does adjustments to my wrist that give me relief.
Also iceing it at the end of the day.

I'm not in your area but I had Carpal Tunnel 10 years ago, both hands and I finally had surgery and they have been so good ever since! It' can really be debilitating .I recommend going to an Orthopedist asap and you can get special splints to wear at night that really help while you are figuring out a course of treatment! good LuckChat Icon

Re: those with carpel tunnel....

I just met with a neurologisit this week to test the nerves in my wrist and forearm.

I haven't gotten the results yet, but in the meantime they suggested I buy a wrist brace for carpel tunnel (sold at CVS OTC) and wear it when I sleep.

They also prescribed physical therapy, but I haven't gone yet.

Your Ortho will refer you to the neuro for testing.

Re: those with carpel tunnel....

My Primary doctor referred me to the Neurologist, more like recommended him since I didn't need an actual medical referral.

Probably always best to see your PCP first and go with who they work more closely with.
