That's super cute!! I would have a sweater in case it's cool but September can still be warm and you'll be inside too.

The dress is beautiful. My SIL buys her daughter's clothing from Janie and Jack. I have this store wriiten down in my book so when that time comes I will have it handy. Love the store it carries gorgeous clothing for kids.
