Love it..you can add a light weight tee under it or the light weight little shrug sweater.

That is adorable. I agree with the other ladies, a little cardigan would be perfect! 
I LOVE Janie and Jack, can't wait to shop there for my little one! I live in NJ so I will be clearing out the one at Short Hills

That dress is adorable I would get a little cream color or light pink sweater just in case its cool. You never know the weather in september
